The Problem And Intervention Of Personality Development Of Migrant Workers' Children In The City

Children of migrant workers grow up in the special social groups, the growth of whose personality is extremely complex. Migrant workers are extremely lowly-paid, and their family members, from the elderly to children, are under heavy pressure. Especially, children's education and personal growth in migrant workers' family is severely affected.Although the education cause more of China is rapidly developed over 50 years, with the increasing urban floating population and the deepening development of urbanization, the education of migrant workers' children is gradually becoming the focal point of education urbanization. Considering the indispensable contribution migrant works have made to cities, their children's education attraction social attention, which was weekend because of their social status in cities.From the situation in recent years, the personality growth problem of children of migrant workers is extremely prominent. They are ignored and marginalized and even discriminated against for their identity. Faced with unsmooth communicating channels, they are exceptionally low self-esteemed, and even have revenge on the city. Crime, suicide, danger to society and other issues are directly related to the personality growth of children of migrant workers.The thesis indicates that the fair of education is our common pursuit and objectives. It is based on the idea of such an understanding that the author put the thesis positioning at the personality development problems of migrant workers' children under the status quo of their education problem. The thesis briefs the current situation of social stratification and poses the facts of education of migrant workers' children and its problems. This study provides a basis for argument to determine the value of this study.In the last chapter of the thesis put forward solutions and recommendations for the development of the personality of migrant workers' children: to treat the education of migrant workers' children correctly, to reform the current urban-rural dual structure, to treat correctly the responsibility of education of migrant workers' children, to manage educational affairs according to law, to promote education fair for migrant workers' children, and to establish a new dynamic financial resource allocation system for migrant workers' children.
