The18th CPC National Congress pointed out that education is the foundation of nation’srejuvenation and social development. We should promote the connotative development of ourhigher education. Connotation is things’ essence, and the connotative development of highereducation means to grasp the essence of education’s development. Our economy needs a greatnumber of skilled talents to improve our ability of new industrialization, informatization,urbanization and Agricultural Modernization. However, the number of higher skilled talentsaccounts for five percent of the total number of skilled talent, while40%in developedcountries. This data shows that skilled talents in our country, though the gap on the quantity isnot so big, the overall quality of skilled talents is backward. The development of economy andeducation complete each other, promote each other. Therefore, the training mode of skilledtalents in higher vocational colleges becomes urgent problems to be solved.At the beginning of writing paper, a great deal of questionnaire survey and interviewshad been done related to skilled talent training modes. This paper involves current domesticand foreign typical skilled personnel training modes, and retains the advantages of them;through the questionnaire survey and interviews, I analysis the enterprise view on skilledtalent training modes; In student’s perspective, how is the existing skilled talent training modein the curriculum for schools, teaching methods, cooperation between colleges and social,andacademic performance appraisal.At the end of the paper, the author puts forward some suggestions for practicaloperational, i.e., the timely adjustment and market-close of course contents, diversifiedteaching methods to create a different situation, variable university-enterprise cooperation tocope with different talent demand, ability oriented evaluation, promotion of laws andregulations for skilled talent training modes in higher vocational colleges in our country. Theauthor believes that with continuously improvement of skilled talents in higher vocationalcolleges in our country, they can form their own characteristics so as to contribute to nationaldevelopment. The author also hopes that this paper can be the theoretical attempt forimproving skilled talent training mode in higher vocational colleges.
