Morphological Characteristics And Regional Types Of Rural Settlements In Changsha City

Rural construction has always been the focus of China. Changsha city as a city with typical mountainous area and large quantity and scale of rural settlements. Especially since 2005, the proposal of integrated construction of Changzhutan has promoted transformation of economic society in rural area, leading to the speed-up of spatial variation of rural settlement as well as the differences between various types of expanding. Consequently, research on morphological characteristics of the regional rural settlements to differentiate different regional types, it has a certain practical significance for Changsha city economic development and social transformation of rural settlements, and it also provides research guidance and regulation basis for the classification of the new rural construction of Changsha city after Changzhutan integration.Based on remote sensing image data in Changsha city in 2013, this thesis used exploratory spatial analysis of GIS and landscape space rhythm measurement to analyze the morphological characteristics of rural settlements in Changsha city, and divide regional type of Changsha city 121 villages and towns.Through the study, in space, the rural settlement agglomeration degree in Changsha city has certain difference on the spatial distribution, and the overall performance shows diminishing distribution from central and western areas to the east. In terms of the scale,Changsha city holds a large number of rural settlements with small size and narrow spaces. It figures out the characteristic that the rural settlement agglomeration in size distribution shows a high rising and the level of concentration values are interval structure. After the calculating the five transects index in pattern, it shows that the central region of the settlement in Changsha city is more complex than the west and east of Changsha city, the north's is blower than the South's in general; the rural settlement connection stability of northern and eastern Changsha city is better than that of other regions; the difference between east and south of Changsha city rural settlements change a lot, and the fragmentation degree in central and northern Changsha city rural settlements is higher. Through the construction of index system of the rural settlement form, select six indexes, and use the principal component analysis and cluster analysis in SPSS20.0 method to divide the villages and township in Changsha city into seven kinds of regional types. Finally, according to the characteristics of Changsha city and the types of rural settlement spatial distribution, divides it into three different density areas, and put forward the suggestion of reasonable adjustment of Changsha city rural settlements.
