The labor's flowing leads to a large number of migrant workers since 1980s, these migrant workers continuously from the countryside to the city, with the increase of the population of the population, the formation of left-behind children migrant children groups and the number of groups associated with them is also growing. For those associated with migrant workers born vulnerable groups of children, protecting the rights of children are facing serious difficulties, in accordance with the rights of children and children to maximize the principle of priority, Firstly, to ensure that disadvantaged children's physical and mental health and to provide a healthy environment for the growth are the most important things. In the past, the studies on the living environment and living conditions of the left behind children and the migrant children are usually compared with the general situation of the children. This paper uses the comparative perspective of left behind children and floating children groups into a unified analysis framework based on the ecosystem theory, the social capital and resilience is the starting point of in-depth comparison and analysis of the present situation of physical and mental health of children and migrant children left behind, the difference and influence mechanism.This study used data from 2010 to 2014 "China's Left-behind Children and migrant children comparative study Research Group" in the questionnaire survey collected in Henan Province and Guangdong Province, to children and migrant children left behind the physical and mental health as the research subject, the analysis of social capital and resilience for the influence mechanism of physical and mental health, descriptive analysis, regression analysis and multivariate statistical methods the intermediary effect analysis to test the hypotheses.It is found that there are significant differences between the physical and mental health of the left behind children and the floating children, and the physical and mental health of the migrant children is higher than that of the left behind children. There was no difference in the level of physical and mental health of left behind children and migrant children. Main factors affecting the physical and mental health of children left behind are family social capital, social capital and school resilience, the resilience plays an mediator role. The main factors affecting the flow of children's physical and mental health are school social capital, social capital and peer resilience, the resilience plays an mediator role. On the basis of the findings, from the theory, practice and policy three aspects of inspiration, the author suggest the proposed family, community, social and government action and the establishment of multi-level left behind children and migrant children's rights protection work.
