| The research of students' sports life style in higher vocational colleges is beneficial to the analysis of students' multiple diseases. It is good for the analysis of students' health problems. It is good for students to improve their views on different health status and sports life style.This paper studies the status quo of College Students' sports life style in changsha, including students,391 liberal arts students,107 students,399 students, boys,490 boys,897 girls, and 407 students. The results show that most students have a correct understanding of health.In most of the existing methods of students' sports life style, the proposed countermeasures or suggestions are often only of universal significance, while ignoring the students' sports life style has the characteristics of differences. Based on the analysis of the results of the students from Career Technical College in Changsha, the paper analyzes the present situation and the influencing factors of students' sports life style in higher vocational colleges. The main conclusions are as follows:1 Vocational College Students'awareness of health right, accounting for about 80% of the students think health is a good mental state. Most of the students have a weak sense of health, but feel that the proportion of sports activities should be higher;2 College Students' sports consumption level is not high, nearly 90% of the higher vocational students' sports consumption in the following 200 yuan;3 higher vocational students' physical health care level (between the very concerned about the data) and the number of weeks to participate in physical exercise to show the "inverted U" relationship. And was not sure (99,11.37%), not to participate (45,5.02%), do not care (14,1.56%) and very concerned about (47,5.24%) of the students are not many;4 Higher Vocational College Students'sports life thinking active, sports life attitude, therefore more inclined to free organization or individual activity based sports lifestyle. In the results of the survey, nearly half (45.60) of the higher vocational students chose the sports life style, and the proportion of boys (56.12%) was significantly different than the female (32.92%). Secondly, the sports life style of individual activities is also more popular, the proportion of men and women in this way of life is not a big difference,25.51% and 23.83%, respectively;5 higher vocational college students' sports life style differences are different:science majors in the form of free organization as the main sports activities (70.18%); the form of professional sports life style of liberal arts students is not big; the sports life style of medical students is mainly based on individual activities (70.09%). |
