Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Sports Associations In Changsha Higher Vocational Colleges

As the most effective way to ensure that students exercise for one hour every day,sports associations in higher vocational colleges play an important role in enriching students' extracurricular cultural life and improving students' comprehensive ability.This study will contribute to the operation and development of sports associations in Higher Vocational Colleges in Hunan,and promote the theoretical research of sports associations in higher vocational colleges,and will also be conducive to the healthy development of campus culture.In this paper,10 Vocational Colleges in Changsha sports community as the research object,using the method of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other research methods of Higher Vocational Colleges in Changsha sports club development present situation analysis and research,and objective analysis of existing in the development process of Higher Vocational Colleges in Changsha Sports associations of the problem,put forward the development the corresponding countermeasures.Research shows:1.Changsha vocational college sports associations in the "association" naming,sports,dance class is the main community types,number,and community development and the scale of school especially the sports infrastructure construction is proportional to.2.the activities of sports associations in Changsha higher vocational colleges take into account the students' rest and study,while the school and community logistics support have a greater impact on the sports associations.3.Changsha vocational college sports community management system is the president responsibility system,most organizations have developed their own management system,involving a wide range but the explanation is not in place,and in the specific implementation process the execution is not strong phenomenon.4.Changsha vocational college sports community funding channel is single,the membership fee to support the main source of survival,the lack of sponsorship fees to the part of the community and cause the "deficit" activities have been seriously affected.5.Changsha City vocational college sports associations members of gender and grade are imbalance,the main purpose of the majority of the members of the league is to improve sports skills and hobbies;found in the satisfaction survey of associations,members of the management system is not detailed,system execution is not strong,the service quality is not high expressed dissatisfaction.6.main problems,affecting the development of sports associations in higher vocational colleges,including Changsha community types less comprehensive,community activities on technical training,logisticsservices are not in place,community system is not perfect,a single source of funding and "deficit" serious,student satisfaction is not high.Based on the current situation and problems of Higher Vocational Colleges in Changsha city sports associations of future development put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions: first,focus on traditional project development,improve the sports community coverage;second,the development of thinking transformation of sports associations,the establishment of school sports community combined mechanism;thirdly,to improve the quality of logistics services;fourth,strengthen the system of sports organizations;fifth,expand funding channels;finally,to increase the students' satisfaction.
