Investigation And Research On The Current Situation Of Sports Lifestyle Of Students In Higher Vocational Colleges In Harbin

The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the general sports lifestyle of students in 10 higher vocational colleges in Harbin,to explore the influencing factors and restrictive mechanism behind different sports lifestyles of students,and to analyze the sports life values,sports lifestyle choices and sports life of students of different majors and sexes.There are differences,problems and influencing factors in the way of consumption concept,so as to put forward relevant countermeasures to improve the sports lifestyle of Vocational College Students in Harbin.Finally,a scientific and reasonable sports lifestyle is constructed at the theoretical and practical levels.To cultivate students'active sports life style in Higher Vocational colleges,and to form good sports life style,subject consciousness and lifelong sports consciousness.Research method:By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,it includes the recognition of sports values,the frequency index of physical activity,the way of participating in sports life,the supporting conditions of sports lifestyle,the forms of participating in sports lifestyle,the tendency of sports consumption,and the situation of expenses,etc.Conclusion:1.The proportion of sports population of students in Higher Vocational Colleges in Harbin is lower than that of the whole country.2.The purpose of physical exercise is diversified.There is little difference between liberal arts students and science students.The proportion of female students choosing to lose weight is higher than that of male students,which indicates that female students'sports lifestyle tends to be slim in appearance.Boys yearn for strong physique and prominent muscles.3.There is no significant difference between liberal arts students and science students in the level of health cognition.Liberal arts students prefer morning exercise,while science students prefer afternoon exercise.Liberal arts students and girls have less understanding of scientific fitness concept than science students and boys.4.There is little gap between liberal arts students and science students in consumption power.Male and female students also show a tendency of convergence in choice,but in physical consumption of sports,science students are slightly more than liberal arts students.Compared with science students,liberal arts students have fashionable life concept,leading consumption concept and willing to invest in health field.Consumption investment concept is better than science students.Girls invest more in sports life than boys.Girls are more willing to invest in health,which is related to their willingness to invest in losing weight.5.The sports activities organized by the students of Higher Vocational Colleges in Harbin are not dominant.What students most want to participate in is the mass traditional sports activities and various activities related to physical education curriculum.6.The influencing factors of sports life of Vocational College Students in Harbin mainly include individual factors and social factors as well as physical education teaching,which are mainly manifested in rural areas,limited economic conditions and weak subjective awareness of physical exercise.Social factors include sports related policies,the development of mass media sports star effect,peer group effect and so on.Most students still need the correct and effective guidance of the school to carry out sports activities.For the evaluation of physical education,most students have a better evaluation,but there is still room for improvement of hardware facilities in school physical education management.
