Social Work Intervention City Lost Only Old Man Interpersonal Disabilities

Lost the old man is alone,as China's family planning policy under the background of special disadvantaged groups.According to the China aging development report(2014)show that in 2013,China has lost more than 100 old man alone,and each year the number is in 76000 the proportion of continuous increase,in the near future,China's old man alone will develop to 10 million families.Elderly people alone because their children's departure,the lack of interpersonal communication and emotional support,dare not go out to communicate with people,resulting in interpersonal difficulties and obstacles.From visual Angle of social work,this paper aims to social work methods for city alone old man interpersonal problems put forward countermeasures,care for and solve the problems facing the community to improve existing welfare system and stability is of great significance to maintaining social cohesion.T community lost alone in wuxi city,the author to the old man as a service object for empirical research,through questionnaires,participant observation and interview method,etc.,loss of awareness of T community alone the old man's age,gender,physical condition,income and other basic situation and demand of life,found that most of the loss of the old man alone interpersonal obstacle problems,and the problem description and cause analysis.For old man alone interpersonal problems,the author based on energy theory and the social support theory,selected several bits of old man alone group,adopts the model of psychological treatment group work intervention services,has conducted a series of activities there is love in the warm,is divided into five stages to make gradual fusion of the old man alone interpersonal circle,and using the group social work method to lose the old man alone to intervention and analysis related issues.Through attendance,satisfaction survey,and tracking in the form of interview and observation group performance evaluation,the results show team work involving loss alone the old man has obtained the expected effect interpersonal dysfunction,team members generally improved interpersonal skills.Visible,group activities for improving urban old man alone interpersonal barriers have obvious effect,helps to further improve the loss alone the old man's confidence and ability to adapt to society.Finally,about the advantages and disadvantages of intervention of social work practice and to reflect on the model,scheme,to carry out social work experience for later.This study fully shows the social work method is to solve the loss of the old man alone interpersonal barriers to effective means,using the perspective of social work intervention alone old man interpersonal barriers,both help to understand the first time after the loss of the old man alone alone of the specific issues,can also help the follow-up to provide targeted strong operability of service plan,improve the ecological environment of the loss of the old man alone status and social support.For this,in turn,the local characteristics of the special group of social work intervention and further exploring methods,social work services will help to form a new social work methods,promoting the localization of social work research innovation.
