| In recent years,the number of young migrant workers is increasing,especially the rise of new generation of migrant workers who are mainly born in the 1990 s.They have more avant-garde ideas and deeper urbanization than the older generation of migrant workers.They seek more jobs and rush into cities to become the floating population in the first tier cities.This huge number of groups is a challenge for themselves and cities.On the one hand,the new generation of migrant workers just out of school into the community,may not change the role of school to work for a new,unfamiliar environment also need to adjust themselves to adapt to;on the other hand,the city,especially first-tier cities accepted so many of the new generation of migrant workers,it should be considered for this population to provide good the working environment and a series of hardware and software services,let them go to work and live in first-tier cities as soon as possible,to create benefits for the enterprise and society.However,the real help 90 migrant workers to adapt to city life,into the city,realize the transformation is not easy,they just come to work in the city will be born during the role conflict,if handled properly,is not the appropriate support and guidance,will bring a negative impact on their future life,and even lead to social conflicts.In this paper the author in Chaoyang District Jinzhan A village of Beijing City internship experience,through observation and interviews with the contact of migrant workers found 90 migrant workers exist interpersonal obstacles at work,and then use the scale measured performance of specific issues,launched a series of activities for the existence of some common problems of the new generation of migrant workers end of the event,summarize evaluation,finally professional reflection,in order to help the new generation of migrant workers into the local social network,to work as soon as possible,improve their living adaptability,promoting their integration into the city. |
