Research On The Employment Problem Of Rural Students In Poor Areas To Return Home

Poor area college students returning home is a very complicated problem.It involves many aspects,the economic characteristics of a society,the number of development,higher education in the economically active population,the development situation of College Students' employment origin,returning students' psychological dynamic,will bring a certain impact on the employment of University students.This paper takes Shandong A County as the research object,based on the theory of social support,based on the review of the home related problems of rural college students,investigation on the employment situation of college students in poor areas of rural students and employment problems,current situation and difficulties of returning employment were analyzed,building the government,universities,families and students themselves.Based on the social support system,and put forward specific development strategies,in order to research results for Shandong A county to attract college students to provide a scientific basis for the return of employment.
