During adolescence,one of important hot topic in the field of parent-child relationship is parent-child communication research,it is helpful to promote the benign development of adolescent mental health,but also the realistic need,which the improve adolescent family parent-child relationship.Parent-child communication is a subject of both parents and children on the basis of genetic relationship,create unique family in common scenarios,based on their respective role positioning and different attitude,need and use all kinds of communication process of passing information,communicate emotion.In the influence factors of parents or internal mechanism,parent-child communication is very important for one reason,because it is based on the relative parent-child interaction process between the two sides.For a teenager family parent-child relationship,communication is the bridge of telepathy between parents and children,also can make the demand of both sides to achieve a state of balance,it is also the emotional bond between parents and children.Especially important,good parent-child communication is closely related to the social development of youngsters' and children's,can promote the psychological development of children's health,while poor parent-child communication lead to children's social adaptability and have serious behavior problems.For students this special period,it is a transition state school age to puberty,is self,self experience and self control critical period of development.City pupils parent-child communication,therefore,the present research situation,discusses some problems that exist in the period of the special parent-child communication,for urban families good parent-child relationship in the new period of socialist construction,has very important practical significance.This article from the present situation investigation of urban pupils parent-child communication,in this paper,City primary school students in nanjing as the main investigation object,through the form of questionnaire and interview to explore the current status of urban pupils parent-child communication,find the problems existing in the parent-child communication and analyzes its causes.Survey results show that the urban pupils parent-child communication problems are:parent-child communication opportunity is too little,lack of communication;People on both sides of the parent-child communication lack of emotional support;Parent-child communication skills and methods of the existing problems;Lack of democracy and interactive parent-child communication.Under the guidance of social work theory,the use of case study method of professional social work theory,techniques and methods for intervention,evaluate the intervention effect and summary and reflection.Through case work intervention,the communication between parents and their children had the very big progress,increase the chance for communication,between parents and children can give each other emotional support and encouragement,and parent-child communication skills and methods also have some improvement.Finally,the reflection and summarized in the social work intervention city primary school parent-child communication problem,including the reflection of the social work intervention pupil parent-child communication,ethics and social work perspective of parent-child communication countermeasures from three aspects.At the same time,also looking forward to help pupils families in urban areas to change the traditional concept of family education,more attention to the child psychological needs,take appropriate parent-child communication methods and skills,achieve the harmonious development of the development of the individual and family.
