Analysis On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of Medical Students' Quality Of Life In Fuyang Vocational School

Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of the quality of life of medical students in Fuyang,and provide relevant evidence for the relevant departments to take appropriate measures.Methods According to the professional,first grade class by stratified cluster sampling,3 occupation schools in Fuyang area were randomly selected for investigation in medical students,using questionnaire survey and related factors of self WHO quality of life table(WHOQOL-BREF),related factors including age,gender,one-child,professional category,education level,grade,family location,family income,living conditions,work study,physical exercise,employment prospects.In addition,some of the data collected by questionnaires were collected using interview method and field survey method.The data collected by Epidata3.1 software for data entry,data entry after the use of SPSS19.0 analysis and reasonable statistics,including the factors affecting the quality of life were analyzed by chi square test or t test or one way ANOVA analysis,the related factors influencing quality of life by using multivariate linear regression analysis.Results The total 729 medical students from occupation school were investigated,38 males,691 females,accounting for 5.21%,accounting for 94.78%,average age 18.50 ± 2.08 years,including nursing(79.42%)and inspection major(9.60%),pharmaceutical(10.97%)three group students.Occupation school students in the fieldsof physical and psychological,social relationship,environment,quality of life and health of the overall score was(49.55 ± 10.93),(52.46 ± 11.88),(62.24 ± 15.88),(50.38 ± 13.59)and(56.28 ± 16.91)points.Occupation school medical students have differences in physiological,psychological and environmental fields and undergraduate students(P<0.05);the differences in physiological and psychological field and the norm(P<0.05);t test and variance analysis showed that the influence of gender,grade,education,physical exercise,living environment,employment prospects and other factors on the quality of life in some dimensions there was significant.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that physical exercise or not,have a significant impact on the field of physiology;physical exercise has a significant influence on the psychological field;or not has an impact on the field of society;gender,grade,physical exercise,professional categories has a significant impact on the environment;education level,grade,or not,physical exercise on the overall quality of life and health have a significant impact.Conclusion The quality of life of low school medical students occupation,different grades,professional,or not,physical exercise,family income and employment prospects may affect the overall quality of life scores in physiological,psychological and environmental fields of occupation school of medical students' scores were lower than the general undergraduate students and norm scores,show the occupation school medical students in the greater the pressure to survive,the survival of poor quality,the relevant departments need to pay more attention to the quality of life of medical students' occupation school,should take effective measures to improve the quality of life of occupation school medical students according to relevant factors.
