With the highly development of China's political,economic,and cultural and national literacy has gradually become a measure of a country can to better the important index of sustainable development,thus,as an important part of national literacy geographic literacy also gradually into the public eye shot,become a part of the middle school quality education.Among them,a new round of basic education for middle school in our country work of the new curriculum reform,high school geographic literacy education the new idea of education has also caused extensive concern of all countries in the world.Geographic literacy cultivation mainly aimed at the increasingly prominent environment,population and resource and a series of problems,for more efficient study and laid a theoretical foundation to solve these problems,therefore,has just come into contact with the geography of the subject for junior high school students in the cultivation of the geographic literacy has high research value.This paper will take the geography reform under the new curriculum standard as the breakthrough point,combined with the new era under the background of teachers and students view,in many ways to study the present situation and problems of junior high school student's geography literacy,and then to find a fast and efficient way of training students' geographical literacy,to enhance the popularity of geographical knowledge,in turn,to improve the geographic literacy core target.In addition,due to the geographic literacy of the new concept put forward later,on the scientific practice is relatively thin,so,in the process of research will inevitably encounter some problems,in this article,I will speak to solve these problems related to make concrete analysis,makes every effort to make originally the struggling junior high school geographic literacy training gradually accepted,get more attention of people in the education for the new era under the background of geography education render a research contribution.For junior middle school geography literacy research part,this article will use the method of documentary,questionnaire investigation and visit a variety of methods,such as for research.And through the relevant information on the study of geographic literacy at home and abroad in contrast,find out a more suitable for our junior high school geographic literacy cultivation of practical and feasible road,and then make up for the current for geographic literacy cultivation in geography teaching shortcomings.In addition,this paper is to research for the geographic literacy will also be on the basis of the theory of control,through the questionnaire survey in different regions,different gender and different age groups of junior middle school students to study respectively,and at a certain auxiliary about related knowledge of pedagogy,psychology,and then find out the discrepancy,puts forward the countermeasures,for geographic literacy cultivation practice teaching in the future to lay the solid foundation.
