| In this paper, I studied the training the geographic knowledge of the future citizen must have idea of high school geography curriculum reform. Through interviews, questionnaires and classroom observation and other methods, investigated the future citizenship training necessary geographic literacy concept and implementation status, this paper revealed the current problems in culture of future citizens geographic knowledge necessary concept implementation, and analyses the reasons for problems, and proposed recommendations to address these problems and countermeasures.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part describes the research background, the significance of research, research methods, etc. The second part is an overview of relevant research literature. The third part analysis the current implementing of the concept of train the geographic knowledge of the modern citizen must have in Changchun City High School. View from the practice survey, through questionnaires, interviews, in-depth classroom lectures in the form of Changchun City High School to investigate, I revealed the existed problems. The existed problems mainly in the geographical point of view of students, lack of geography education in practical ability. On training the future citizens of the geographic knowledge necessary concept just stop at the basic identity, not translate into internal motivation.People usually understand the links between the geography textbook and train the future citizens of the geographic knowledge necessary unclear, and ignore the inquiry learning for students to promote the formation of geographic literacy. Teachers look forward to participating more effectively in teacher training。To solve these problems, I put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the angle of geography teachers in the fourth part, such as updating concepts of education, strengthening the emotional geography, geographical point of view of education, strengthening their knowledge, abilities and learning new curriculum, deepening their understanding of the links between the geography textbook and train the future citizens of the geographic knowledge necessary.constructing of training the future citizens of the geographic knowledge of essential" concepts of geography classroom teaching, improving the quality of the new curriculum training.
