Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Comprehensive Quality From The Perspective Of Position Requirements

Under the situation that many colleges and universities are vigorously cultivating students' comprehensive quality,but only gain dissatisfactory cultivation effect,a systematic research on the cultivation of college students' comprehensive quality from the perspective of modern position requirements is carried out,which overcomes the unrealistic tendency and obtains actual effect in improving college students' comprehensive quality.Firstly,the topic selection background and significance are illustrated,and the domestic and foreign researches on this topic are sketched out.Then basic theories related with college students' comprehensive quality and the modern position requirements are introduced.On this basis,a status analysis of the cultivation of college students' comprehensive quality and a rational analysis of modern position requirements are carried out,which not only affirm the preliminary conditions that the current colleges and universities are equipped with to cultivate students' comprehensive quality,but also point out that the current students' comprehensive quality is not excellent enough to meet the modern position requirements.Then from three aspects of guiding ideology,cultivation contents and cultivation modes,reasons for the gap between students' comprehensive quality and the modern position requirements are figured out.this thesis focuses on the rational analysis of the cultivation of college students' comprehensive quality and the modern position requirements.Starting from the general changing tendencies of position responsibilities,position connection and position objectives,this thesis analyzes the comprehensive quality structure required by modern positions,and mainly emphasizes on physical and psychological health,ideology and morality and scientific culture,which forms an organically connected quality structure,thus putting forward the basic principles that college students should abide by when fitting themselves to the modern position requirements.In accordance with the established principles,this thesis explores into the countermeasures to cultivate students' comprehensive quality from the perspective of modern position requirements.It is stressed that morality education should be placed in the first place,and ideological and moral quality education should take ideal & faith,dedicated,sincere and kindhearted working spirit,healthy body and mind into consideration.Secondly,the thesis dissects curriculum system of comprehensive quality based on the key points,features and changing of modern position requirements and pays special attention to the ways to strengthening students' innovation quality.finally,as the consideration of the reality that college students will spend most of their time in campus,this thesis also discusses how to provide a campus atmosphere which is helpful for students to improve comprehensive quality.Based on the campus environment,it is still necessary to select themes of campus cultural activities in line with modern position requirements and explore innovative activity modes to achieve this purpose to promote the contemporary college students to gradually cultivate comprehensive quality by means of all kinds of the cultivation methods.
