| The modern university academy system is a new type of student training and management mode that is implemented in modern universities since the new period.It inherits and develops the merits of academy of ancient China and residential college in Europe and America.Most importantly,it is suitable for domestic needs of the university’s talent training.The modern university academy system is primarily responsible for the education outside the classroom.And it gives traditional student accommodation space a cultural function through a series of activities,such as the intersection and integration of students,the close exchange of tutors and students,the development of cultural activities and the creation of cultural atmosphere.The aim is to place students in the cultural field and promote their comprehensive quality.The modern university academy system has adapted to the requirements of the quality of talent because of more than decade’s development in China’s mainland.And it has provided a carrier for students for comprehensive quality development.Therefore,exploring modern university academy system is of great significance for innovating the talent training mode of Chinese universities.This paper conducts a case study on the basis of the modern university academy education model,taking Panjin Campus of Dalian University of Technology as an example.Through field research,the author combed the educational philosophy,educational goals,organization and management structure,characteristics of the Dalian University of Technology Panjin Campus,and demonstrated a comprehensive education model.Through observations and interviews,it is found that the modern university academy system has three characteristics.Firstly,the diversification of the tutors makes the teacher-student exchange more effective.The academy contains a certain number of growth,academic and part-time instructors.Secondly,it provides a platform for students to exchange.The internal structure of the academy,the professional background of the students,and the various educational activities play important roles in the platform.Finally,the Academy advocates cultivating people with all-round development,focusing on improving students’ comprehensive quality and personal accomplishment,paying special attention to the construction of cultural space and the development of special activities,and paying attention to the guiding and normative role of cultural environment for students.In order to further examine the positive impact ofthe academy on the comprehensive quality of students,the questionnaire is designed based on the comprehensive quality model of Dalian University of Technology,and a certain amount of students under the background of the academy and college system were selected.Through the data analysis,it is found that the performance of students of the academy is outstanding in the following sections,Responsibility training,innovative training,Thinking development,self-presentation,physical training,,which proves the effectiveness of the academy system in the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality.At the same time,the author uses the comparative method to distinguish the two modes in the following three aspects,the student’s comprehensive quality training path,organizational form and space,further explaining the advantages of the college system in the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality.The academy system started late in China’s modern colleges and universities,the development is still not perfect.The important challenges faced by the academy system are that the understanding of academy system is not deep enough,the division of labor between the college and the college is unclear,and the cost of running a school is too high.At the same time,the state and colleges are more focused on the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality,and the college system is based on its diversified cultural environment.The purpose is to cultivate people with all-round development,which is in line with the needs of educational reform,which has become the trend of the college system.In addition,with the continuous advancement and development of the reform of the academic system,the college has become an important research hotspot,attracting more and more scholars’ attention,and its educational practice has been absorbed and borrowed by more and more colleges and universities.The academy system is a transformation of China’s traditional education mode.The academy system is a transformation of China’s traditional education mode.Its concept is forward-looking and its content is innovative.It directly affects the comprehensive quality of students and is the vitality of the academy. |
