Research In The Effect Of Family Background And New Graduates Employment Opportunities In The New Media Environment

The concerns of people are related more to the effects of inequality rather than poverty and not related to population size but the stability of the population.China's rapid economic and technological development,has made great achievements since the implementation of reform and the open policy in China.Chinese educational opportunities previously confined to the wealthy and elite small minority have now spread to incorporate a much larger proportion of the population.Many more students are able to enjoy higher education opportunities since the universities in China have greatly increased the number of student admissions.This has however created a new problem which involves increasing difficulties for new graduates from university in obtaining jobs.Family background and parental influence largely influence employment opportunities.New graduates career opportunities have attracted more and more attention from experts,researchers in different fields and even from media.It alsoinvolves concerns from the larger community.Today,Internet television,WeChat,weibo,search engine,web portals and other new media has become a necessity of people's life,they are in changing people's social life,at the same time,the employment of college graduates of institutions of higher learning is also subtle influence.Therefore,in the new media environment,making good use of digital information and network technology bring convenience and open characteristics,to explore the family background relations with university students' employment,and put forward corresponding Suggestions is imperative.This article is an evidence based research which involved the employment statistics of 2011 new graduates from Zhongyuan University of Technology.The evidenced based researchconcerning numerous factors,especially the effect that different family backgrounds impact on employment opportunities shows very clearly that these various aspects of family background including finance and social resources could lead to considerable inequality in new job opportunities for new graduates.
