The healthy development of the orphans always are paid attention by the government departments and are treated this as the importance of social supporting policy.With the media open to the public,some unknown vulnerable groups gradually were exposed.For example,the ’Girls Starved to Death in N City’ was exposed,leading the de facto orphans who are very similar to the orphans to catch the public’s eyes.This group usually suffers from social exclusion,and has ’self-stigma’ which shows low self-esteem,low self-confidence and low self-efficacy.Now,the relief and research for the de facto orphans are mostly in the financial relief and policy research.Nevertheless,the intervention research for ’self-stigma’ of the de facto orphans are unfrequent.As a supportive major,Social Work should regard the de facto orphans as the important service object.Taking sample C from the boarding school as an example,the author use Cognitive Behavior Therapy and group work to intervene his self-stigma mental problem.In order to change him from ’self-stigma’ to ’self-acceptance’,and restructure his unreasonable cognition,improve his unreasonable behavior.During one year,the author used the self-report inventory to evaluate this study’s effectiveness,such as Children Self-concept scale.Rosenberg self-esteem scale and General Self-Efficacy Scale.Finally,Promote service level of social work in the de facto orphans’ mental health.
