Study On The Growth Dilemma Of De Facto Orphans Through “dual-work Linkage” Interventio

Children are the future and hope of a country.It is a major task in the new era to ensure that every child can grow up healthily and enjoy a happy and beautiful life.As a special vulnerable group of children,in recent years,the fact of orphans has begun to enter the public’s vision and aroused widespread concern of the society.In this regard,the government has also issued various policies to strengthen the guarantee of their basic life.On the other hand,due to the complexity of the causes and the limitations of the actual growth conditions,orphans face a series of growth dilemmas in security,psychology,study,family and social life,so a single policy support can not meet their diverse needs.In this case,it is particularly necessary to explore an effective intervention mode to ensure the growth of this group.Weifang A public welfare Service Center launched X social work project based on professional social work theories--social support theory and self-actualization theory to promote the growth of factual orphans.Due to the limitations of traditional volunteer service and single social worker intervention,the project adopts the mode of "volunteers and social workers" to carry out services.As a social work service project,project X also follows the general process of social work practice.Firstly,social work research method is used to analyze the basic situation and growth dilemma of de facto orphans,and analyze the causes of their plight from the three levels of individual,family and society.During the intervention stage,social workers and volunteers play different roles and play different roles.Finally,through the comprehensive project evaluation,it is found that the project has achieved its expected goals both in the service process and in the service results.As an exploration to intervene in the growth dilemma of actual orphans,X project adopts the "duplex linkage" mode to intervene in the orphans,which has its advantages,but also exposes some shortcomings.Therefore,relevant suggestions to improve the service effectiveness are put forward in order to provide reference for the application of this mode in the practical field of social work.
