Research On Social Work Intervention To Improve Interpersonal Communication Ability Of Rural De Facto Orphans

In recent years,with the development of society,various social problems continue to appear.As a special vulnerable group,the de facto orphans have increasingly attracted people’s attention.The society began to pay some attention to the living conditions of the de facto orphans,incorporated them into the social security system,and their living conditions have been improved to a certain extent.However,it is undeniable that the society still pays insufficient attention to the de facto orphans,especially the psychological or behavioral problems have not received due attention.Compared with ordinary children,de facto orphans lack more care from their parents,are more sensitive to the eyes and views of the people around them,and are prone to interpersonal problems.If these problems are not handled,they may turn into more serious problems such as mental depression and psychological autism.Therefore,taking the de facto orphans of X children’s service station as an example,this paper hopes to alleviate their interpersonal problems,help them improve their interpersonal skills,promoting their physical and mental health development by designing relevant social work professional activities.Through the current situation investigation and demand analysis of the de facto orphans in X children’s service station,the author finds that they have some problems in interpersonal communication,such as cognitive deviation,passivity,lack of interpersonal skills,negative emotions and so on.Therefore,social workers will start with these problems and carry out professional group activities,Create an open,safe and trusted group environment for de facto orphans,promote the communication among team members,improve their interpersonal skills,and establish a peer support system among team members.Through case service,we can further solve the problems existing in the service objects and their families,link volunteer resources for them,and improve their interpersonal skills.In the process of intervention,the participation of the de facto orphan has been gradually improved,and the service object has gradually opened herself.The interpersonal communication ability of the service object has been improved to a certain extent,and a better service effect has been achieved.This shows that social work has certain advantages in intervening in such problems.However,this study is only the relevant services taken for the de facto orphans in X children’s service station,which can only be used as a positive exploration.In order to truly solve the interpersonal problems of rural factual orphans,it also needs the continuous efforts of all sectors of society to explore the most effective service system.
