A Practical Study On The Intervention Of Social Work In The Service Of "De Facto Orphans"

Family is the place to live and study,and it is also the main source of individual spiritual power.However,"de facto orphans" are facing a series of derivative difficulties caused by the absence of parental role.In recent years,the problem of "de facto orphans" protection has become increasingly prominent,and the plight of "de facto orphans" is being understood by more and more people.In this context,the service strategy of optimizing "de facto orphans" has gradually become the public.In particular,social workers need to face an important problem.The practical intervention of social work seldom adopts the paradigm of practical research.Therefore,It is of great significance to explore the service strategy of social work intervention in the group of " de facto orphans" under the paradigm of practical research.Based on the service practice of the social workers participated in the SY Social work Service Center,"you and I,hope to fly together" in the plight of minors project,this paper selects two "de facto orphans" as the research object,and deeply analyzes the growth dilemma faced by "de facto orphans".Based on the analysis of the plight and common needs of the "de facto orphans" group,using ecosystem theory and family communication theory,starting from the four levels of physical,psychological,spiritual and social Social dialogue,and based on capacity-building,Psychological adjustment and social integration help the clients to deal with family difficulties and growth distress.In theconcrete service practice,Social workers first identify problems and needs,recognize constraints and opportunities,and evaluates situations and behaviors from the point of view of the situation faced by the client.Then,on the basis of the practice cycle,realize the integration of material and spiritual dialogue through the use of diverse service technologies,a perspective of both psychological and spiritual development is established.Finally,the whole service practice is reflected and summarized,and the intervention process of the service object and the family reconstruction living environment and the growth path is shown in detail from the aspects of academic guidance,mental relaxation,family relationship adjustment,self-growth and social integration.In the first cycle of service practice,with the theme of integration,social workers construct the material basis of endogenous development of service objects from many aspects;In the second cycle of service,to explore as the theme,social workers in a variety of ways to analyze the heart course of the object of service;In the third cycle of service,the subject is transformed to assist the client to translate these meaningful signals into concrete actions and enter a balanced stage of development.This paper hopes to show the basic experience of social work involved in multiple dilemmas under the paradigm of practical research to meet the multiple needs of " de facto orphans" through the practical attempt of " de facto orphans" practical research.
