| As China entering aging society,all levels of government departments and social organizations pay more attention to all kinds of pension services.According to the Ministry of Civil Affairs’ statistical bulletin,by the end of 2015,there are total of 1.765 million social services and facilities throughout the country,and an increase of 5.8 over the previous year.In spite of this,the development of retirement organization and human resources still unable to effectively cope with aging serious situation.In order to provide better services for the elderly,it is an urgent need to raise a troop to adapt to aging of the high quality service for the old talent team of social development.To strengthen the construction of the old service team,has been widely recognized in the industry.Therefore,further study and solve the problem of how to improve the ability for volunteers,is undoubtedly a great theoretical and realistic significance of topic.This article takes Nanjing Y institutions volunteer as the research object.Under the perspective of competency mode.The primary hypothesis and model are proposed on the ability for volunteers which provide service for old people.Through expert interview,questionnaire survey and analysis to construct the mode of volunteer services for the elderly.On this basis,analyzing the actuality and problem of the ability of volunteers,and using the social work intervention to achieve the purpose of promoted to the volunteers’ service ability. |
