With the rapid development of Chinese language education in Thailand,researches on Chinese language teaching in Thailand have flourished.At present,most of the objects of the researches are middle school students and college students.The contents are mainly focused on teaching materials,teaching methods,investigation of the present situation of teaching and learning,and the analysis of phonetic errors.There are relatively few studies on the teaching of Chinese in primary school,and special researches on the comprehensive course in primary school are not sufficient.As a main course in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,Chinese comprehensive course includes the training of language skills of listening,speaking,reading and writing.The systematic comprehensive teaching design plays a key role in the effect of classroom teaching.Thai students are less disciplined and have less self-control.As a result,teaching Chinese in primary school is much more difficult than that in middle school and high school.It has become an urgent problem in primary school teaching as how to make the content of classroom lively and interesting so as to improve students' interest in learning.The characteristics of primary school students in Thailand require teachers to optimize the teaching of Chinese integrated curriculum design and classroom efficiency.On the basis of previous researches,this paper combines the related theories of language teaching with the teaching experience of the teacher in Chinese classroom in Thailand,applying teaching design theories to specific Chinese teaching of Thailand in primary school.A comprehensive and systematic elaboration is made about the teaching design of primary school Chinese comprehensive course.In the actual Chinese teaching of primary school,it includes the organization of teaching,review,introduction,teaching new course,homework assignment and other aspects of teaching design.The practical application of the teaching methods is concerned with the direct method,game method,TPR teaching method,combined with Chinese songs to support teaching.It will make the teaching process more interesting so as to stimulate students' interest in learning,improve the enthusiasm of students,and enhance the teaching effect of the Chinese comprehensive course in primary schools.This paper takes the lesson I Love My Cat as an example,taking the fourth grade students of Thailand as the teaching objects,referring to Chinese text book Leaning Chinese Happily in Sukhanaree School,and making some changes in the text.This design of classroom teaching aims to provide some reference and inspiration to Chinese teaching design in primary school,enhance teaching effectiveness and improve teaching efficiency.This paper consists of five parts:The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,as well as the main research contents and methods;The second chapter introduces the connotation,level and concepts of teaching Chinese as a foreign language;principles and theoretical basis of instructional design.The third chapter takes the Sukhanaree School as an example and analyzes the teaching background of the school including the teaching environment and faculty conditions;and also analyzes teaching objects and teaching materials in detail.The fourth chapter takes grade four students in the primary school in Thailand as the teaching object,taking I Love My Cat as a text sample.It analyzes teaching objectives,teaching content and teaching methods concretely,and mainly describes the specific implementation of the teaching plan and process in four teaching periods.The fifth chapter,based on the relevant theory and practical experience,makes an evaluation and Reflection on the teaching design,and puts forward some suggestions about some problems.
