Research On Vocational Education Training Of Construction Vocational Colleges

Construction industry is the pillar industry of national economy development in our country,the construction vocational colleges talent training is the guarantee of promoting development of construction industry healthily and orderly,also is the fundamental development of the national economy.There is important significance for Chinese economic development.Basing on the analysis the domestic and foreign talent cultivation in professional colleges,through summarizing the domestic and foreign construction of vocational colleges and universities personnel training experience and enlightenment.Combining with construction in our country the actual situation of talent cultivation of vocational colleges,this paper expounds the current our country construction current situation and existing problems in vocational colleges and universities personnel training and tries to use the concept of humanistic management theory proposes the solution strategy.In view of the current construction of vocational colleges in personnel training status quo and the existing problems,the author puts forward the following suggestions: firstly,to adjust specialties according to the real estate market demand,ensure smooth information channels,improve the professional system and ensure the flexibility of specialties and adjust the structure of specialties and scale professional;Secondly,together with the industry and enterprise collaboration to do training and employment docking,play to the construction industry association of the bridge and the link between vocational colleges and enterprises,strengthen the construction of vocational colleges and the construction enterprise cooperation;thirdly,improving the curriculum and teaching material construction,the construction of credit system,modular curriculum system,curriculum implementation and enterprise demand docking,guarantee the course content docking with the professional standards,at the same time,curriculum setting and the selection of teaching materials to train professional ability as the starting point;Finally,improve teaching methods,and the quality of teaching,strengthen the practice teaching link,change the traditional heavy theory of light skills,teaching methods and emphasis on the importance of skills.
