| As the epidemic changes,medical and health care has entered the "era of universal demand",which also generates a large demand for medical talents.The campus has become the best battlefield for pharmaceutical enterprises to grab employees.It is closely related to the construction of a good employer image to enhance the recruitment attraction of college students.However,existing researches mainly focus on the Internet,e-commerce and traditional manufacturing,and there is a lack of research on how pharmaceutical enterprises attract college students to apply for jobs through employer brand building.According to this basis,we are trying to make up for the above deficiencies.In this paper,Y Pharmaceutical Group will be the research object,mainly using face-to-face interview method and secondary data method.First,the secondary data survey is used to collect 415 college student job seekers from 3 universities during the campus recruitment period in 2021 to understand their evaluation of the campus recruitment process.Secondly,19 managers in the employing department were interviewed to understand their evaluation of campus recruitment quality.Then,7management team members who carried out campus recruitment activities were interviewed to understand the factors,which is affecting the effectiveness of campus recruitment.Finally,combined with the secondary data related to campus recruitment of Y Pharmaceutical Group from 2017 to 2021,there are five problems were found in the effectiveness of campus recruitment:First,college students apply for fewer resumes.Secondly,college students have low satisfaction with the recruitment process.Third,it is difficult to complete the recruitment task according to the campus recruitment plan;Fourthly,the stability of new employees of college students in some departments is poor.Fifthly,the proportion of excellent performance of new college students is low.The main factors affecting the effectiveness of campus recruitment include: first,the startup time lag of campus recruitment;Secondly,the orientation of campus recruitment target is not clear;Third,the propaganda channel of campus recruitment is single;Fourth,there is insufficient communication between the campus recruitment process and college students.On this basis,the applicability of introducing employer brand is analyzed,the employer brand positioning of Y Pharmaceutical Group is designed,to improve the effectiveness of campus recruitment the "4P" strategy of employer brand building is proposed.This paper we study is not only conducive to improving the effectiveness of campus recruitment of Y Pharmaceutical Group,but also has certain reference significance for optimizing campus recruitment of similar pharmaceutical enterprises. |
