In China's rapid economic and social development,economic restructuring and industrial upgrading,the development of the phenomenon of homogenization of the university,students and other difficult employment issues,the urgent need for high-level application-oriented talents.Part of the local colleges and universities to application-oriented universities,the transformation of local colleges and universities is an important part of the current strategic development in the field of education,but also an important means to improve the teaching quality of higher education in china,and guided by the demands of society to cultivate applied talents the integration of production and education plays a vital role.Local colleges and universities in the process of transition,the need to deepen their understanding,do good transformation of scientific orientation,deepen the comprehensive reform of the good means,service enterprises,local,industry docking as a local college talent training goal further,strengthen the good relationship with local government and enterprise cooperation,the formation of a win-win cooperation and common prosperity bold talent development,characteristics of the new training mode.In the new period,it is not only conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprises,Especially the local engineering colleges and universities,but also the transformation of the local economy and the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.From Dewey's theory of “learning by doing”,Tao Xingzhi's theory of the unity of teaching do,Forster's “co-operative” theory,this article focuses on theconvergence,local engineering colleges and universities,education applied talents,talents cultivation path these four concepts defined,based on the analysis of the local engineering colleges and universities in China to produce teaching present situation and problems of cultivating applied talents,the German “dual system”,the“sandwich”,the United States,Australia,“TAFE” model of “CBE” detailed comb,fusion education abroad successful model reference and revelation to China.Then with the examples of Huanghuai college and Heilongjiang engineering college,respectively discusses the two general situation,the basic idea of the college,implement practice,effect,worth for reference.On the basis of above,the Suggestions are put forward from six aspects: teaching concept,training mode,teacher construction,evaluation system,guarantee system and social participation.
