In 2015,the government promulgated the policy of "gradual local undergraduate colleges and universities gradually adopting integration of production and education as a breakthrough to transition to applied undergraduate colleges." The goal of applied undergraduate colleges is to cultivate applied talents with a strong theoretical foundation and strong practical ability.Different from vocational colleges,the training of skilled talents in a certain field is different.Therefore,traditional performance evaluation indicators for the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges no longer apply to applied universities.This study takes the application-oriented colleges and universities as the research object,takes the stakeholder theory as the guide,and establishes the application-oriented performance evaluation system for the integration of production and teaching in application-oriented colleges and universities from the perspective of certain stakeholders.This article elaborates the concepts of the integration of production and teaching and performance evaluation of production and education in applied-type colleges and universities.A theoretical framework for the establishment of an evaluation index system for the integration of performance of production and teaching in undergraduate colleges and universities was constructed,which included the map of stakeholders of applied universities and the establishment of evaluation index system.Because deterministic stakeholders have the greatest impact on the integration of production and education,it is necessary to identify the identified stakeholders from the sixteen categories of stakeholders and establish an evaluation index system from their perspective.This paper establishes a performance evaluation system for the integration of production and teaching in applied universities.Firstly,it identifies four types of identified stakeholders: schools,companies,students,and governments.Second,it analyzes the needs,responsibilities,and behaviors of stakeholders,and combines the results of expert interviews to determine the components of performance evaluation.The integration of production and education integration planning,integration of production and teaching,implementation of integration of production and education,and integration of production and education are categorized,and a preliminary evaluation index system is established.Then,based on empirical data,factor analysis is used to exclude applications that are not suitable for evaluation.The index of integration of production and education in undergraduate colleges;Finally,the weighting of indicators was determined using expert scoring.The performance of H University’s production and education integration was evaluated from 2014 to 2017,and it is concluded that the performance of production and education integration has been continuously increasing.The research shows that there are still problems such as shortage of practical funds,weak corporate participation intentions,lack of docking platforms,and insufficient construction of teaching staff in current application-oriented universities.The countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from the perspective of various stakeholders.From the government level,formulate corporate preferential policies,promote diversified social investment,and increase the construction of docking platforms;from the school level,increase the establishment of dual-teacher teamwork and establish a practical assessment system;from the enterprise level,increase participation in integration of production and education The initiative consciousness,together with the school to fulfill the dual main body of responsibility for the integration of production and education;from the student level,change the concept of vacations,strengthen practical exercises,increase the degree of emphasis on graduation practice,and increase the active awareness of participation in the integration of production and education.
