| Talent training mode is the key to improving the quality of talent training in colleges.The goal of cultivating high-quality engineering talents proposed in our country’s "14th Five-Year Plan" requires universities to optimize their talent training models.Local undergraduate colleges account for a large proportion of Chinese universities.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the talent training model of local undergraduate colleges,and optimizing the engineering talent training model of local undergraduate colleges is a part of the current issue of strengthening engineering construction in our country.righteous.This research mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis,interview and questionnaire survey.Firstly,it expounds the research background and the significance of the topic selection,summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign engineering talent training models,clarifies the significance,ideas and methods of this research,and puts forward the possible innovations of this research.Core concepts such as colleges and engineering talent training models are defined.Secondly,using the questionnaire survey method to analyze the current situation of the talent training mode of the material forming and control engineering major in University A.Third,conduct in-depth interviews with front-line full-time teachers of the major.Through the above-mentioned questionnaires and interviews,the three dimensions of the research on the talent training model—curriculum setting,teaching quality and comprehensive ability were determined,and then the existing problems were summarized from the perspective of educational ecology,teaching quality is contrary to the "a pool of living water" effect of educational ecology,and comprehensive ability is contrary to the "flower pot" effect of educational ecology.Based on this,the reasons for these problems are analyzed,mainly including the ecological imbalance of talent training orientation,the ecological imbalance of the curriculum system,the lack of ecological teaching content,and the ecological solidification of teaching methods.Finally,optimization strategies are put forward mainly from three aspects: establishing the training goal in line with the ecological balance,creating a teaching environment and method of "a pool of living water",and eliminating the lack of comprehensive ability caused by the "flower pot" effect.Starting from "why it appears" and ending with "how to optimize",this research integrates the talent training model of local undergraduate colleges from the perspective of educational ecology,and investigates the current situation of engineering talent training models in representative local undergraduate colleges.The existing problems are extracted,the causes of the problems are further analyzed,and finally the optimization strategy is proposed.It is hoped that this research can provide some feasible optimization methods and ideas for the optimization of engineering talents training mode in local undergraduate colleges,and then contribute to the better development of engineering education in our country. |
