Inappropriate behavior prevention strategy is to prevent kindergarten teachers to make violations of kindergarten teachers professional standards,do not meet the kindergarten teachers professional standards of behavior measures or methods.What is the current situation of prevention strategies for kindergarten teachers inappropriate behavior? Kindergarten teachers in the professional growth process,each stage will be what kind of problems,and what kind of strategy to take to prevent the occurrence of unsuitable behavior? This study attempts to find out the status quo of kindergarten teachers 'unsuitable behavioral prevention strategies and the prevention characteristics of various stages of kindergarten teachers' growth.Based on this,this questionnaire adopts the questionnaire and interview method,through the self-made "kindergarten teachers inappropriate behavior prevention strategy questionnaire",and interview outline,take the Shenyang Municipal Public and private schools in different age classes,different ages,different qualifications of children Teachers,a total of 386 as the object of study.Through the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis,using spss20.0 statistical analysis,to understand the kindergarten teachers inappropriate behavior prevention strategy of the status quo.And select one from the different garden system,different age classes of kindergarten teachers,a total of 6 kindergarten teachers and their colleagues and parents as a case to explore the teacher growth process at all stages of the characteristics of the prevention strategy,the results show that:First,the status quo of kindergarten teachers inappropriate behavior prevention strategies1.Kindergarten teachers are not appropriate behavior prevention strategy of the overall situation of the survey results are good.Preschool teachers' self-monitoring strategies and daily management strategies have a greater impact on the prevention of inappropriate behavior of kindergarten teachers.Supervision and control strategies,reward and punishment strategies and humanistic care strategies for kindergarten teachers inappropriate action to prevent the impact of second.The public opinion strategy and the negative education and education for the kindergarten teachers are not suitable for the prevention of the relatively weak.2.Kindergarten teachers inappropriate behavior of the prevention strategy of the nature of the park,class,the difference was significant,mainly as follows:Private park kindergarten teachers inappropriate behavior of the prevention strategy is better than the public park.Small class and large class kindergarten teachers inappropriate behaviorprevention strategy is better than middle school kindergarten teachers.Less than five years and more than 16 years of preschool teachers inappropriate behavior of the prevention strategy of teaching age,less than 6-10 years and 11-15 years of teachers.Second,Research on the prevention strategies of inappropriate behavior of kindergarten teachers at different stagesMentoring help and induction training prevention strategy in the entry period is more prominent.Supervision and reward and punishment strategies in the work of the appropriate period of preventive effect.Introspection and humane care in the occupational bottleneck prevention response is good.Self-monitoring and self-cultivation in the self-reliance to prevent the effect of prominent.Social public opinion prevention strategy in the maturing period to be attention.
