In recent years,driven by the Party Central Committee and the State Council's series of policies,China has set off a wave of innovation and entrepreneurship education.The awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges has gradually increased,investment has gradually increased,facilities have been gradually improved,and courses have been gradually improved.However,the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges is still far from the expectations of the people.The key reason is that the construction of the teachers of innovation and entrepreneurship education is weak.Strengthening the construction of teachers' teams for innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges has become an important issue for the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship education.This thesis uses the literature analysis method to explore the research and practice status of the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial education teachers in higher vocational colleges at home and abroad,and confirms that the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial teacher training systems in all countries in the world is weaker than other majors.Relatively speaking,the training system for innovation and entrepreneurship in the United States,the United Kingdom,Japan and other countries is relatively perfect,providing a strong guarantee for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.The lack of teachers in innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges in China,the unreasonable structure of teachers and the poor teaching effect directly affect the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education.This thesis selected three higher vocational colleges in Baoding City,Hebei Province,to investigate and analyze the current situation of the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial faculty.The survey results show that the gender ratio of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in the three higher vocational colleges is relatively balanced,but the teachers are relatively old,the proportion of teachers without titles is relatively high,and the educational status is relatively low.In particular,teachers are mostly from various college graduates or other administrative institutions,and there are no teachers from enterprises.At the same time,there are more practical instructors,but the experience of innovation and entrepreneurship is shorter,and there are fewer external part-time teachers.This thesis investigates the problems and causes of the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers in higher vocational colleges.It confirms that the construction of teachers and teachers in higher vocational colleges needs to be optimized,the development space needs to be expanded,and the number of applications still needs to be increased.The quality needs to be improved,and the enthusiasm for work needs to be improved.It is believed that the understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges needs to be improved,the competence of teachers is still to be improved,the teacher training system needs to be improved,and the teacher performance evaluation mechanism needs to be strengthened.The source of teachers needs to be expanded.This thesis believes that to strengthen the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial faculty in higher vocational colleges,the government should improve the teacher admission system,establish a sound innovation and entrepreneurship teacher cultivation system,and increase the investment in the construction of teachers;the social level should guide higher vocational colleges to strengthen the industry.Cooperation between the world,the scientific and technological community,the financial sector and other social organizations;the school level should strengthen the team of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers,do a good job in teacher training,and strengthen the team building guarantee;the teacher level should constantly update the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and continue to accumulate knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
