A Study On The Differences And Influencing Factors Of College Students' Leadership

Enhancing the leadership of college students is the strategic orientation of university personnel training and the realistic demand of college students' own development This paper explores the differences and influencing factors of college students' leadership through questionnaires and interviews.It is found that college students are lacking in three dimensions:self-cognition,other cognition and professional accomplishment,but self-cognition,other cognition and professional accomplishment are the core elements of the quality of college students' leadership.Learning ability,practical experience,reflection ability and the leadership education have a significant impact on college students' leadership.In view of the core elements and weak links of college students' leadership-self-cognition,other cognition and professional accomplishment,and the main influencing factors of college students'leadership and the main problems faced by college students' leadership education in China,I put forward the corresponding countermeasures of leadership education on theoretical research and practice aspects,mainly focusing on enhancing college students' theoretical and practical ability of leadership,as well as the organization and resource security of college students' leadership education.
