Empirical Study Of The Impact Factors Of College Students Leadership Development In Shanghai

With the rapid development and progress of society,it is important for college students to follow the trend and improve themselves,because they will be the owners of the future society.As one of the core competencies for college students,leadership can enhance their interpersonal abilities and promote future career development.So it is not only necessary to build college students ’ leadership in the present,but also the trend throughout the world.At present,leadership education is regarded as an important reform way to promote the innovation mechanism of higher education.It is not only in important mission of higher education,but also the practical needs of college students.The national long-term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)listed the leadership quality of students training for the key point of university talent training.As one of the most developed cities in China,Shanghai should also be at the forefront in cultivating talents.Based on literature research,surveys and interviews,the candidate analyzes the leadership structure and its impact factors in University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.Study finds that the leadership of college students includes the abilities of information executive force,cooperating,communicating and coordinating.In addition to the impact factors of individual and family,social factors should be paid attention for the colleges.By analyzing foreign experience,this article writes recommendations for them on how to properly develop and effectively cultivate students’ leadership.
