Teacher supplies,mainly through teacher education,this is the main function of teacher education.In our country,teacher education has been developed for more than one hundred years,while the most rapid development stage is the last thirty years after the reform and opening up policy.Since reform and opening up,as China's economy from planned economy to socialist economy,teacher supply-side also has been changing.So in this paper,based on the perspective of teacher supply-side,I try to analysis of the teacher education reform in the last thirty years.On the basis of literature research,by statistical data of empirical research,mainly through the supply condition of teachers,supply modes,effect of teacher supply and so on several aspects to present the development of teacher education reform since the reform and opening up of the diagram.The first part of this paper gives a brief introduction of the reason of this selected topic,the research status about teacher education research and the characteristics and innovation of this study.At the same time,some basic concepts of closely related to teachers' education,especially teacher supply-side and so on have given a definition.The second to the forth chapter are the main parts of my thesis.The second and the third chapter mainly discusses the process of teacher education reform since the reform and open policy.The supply condition of teachers converted from.a shortage of quality improvement and structural balance,the supply modes of teachers also from directional closed to open multiple supply way.At the same time,based on the statistics data of different period,teacher actual supply effect was evaluated.In the last chapter,aiming at the existing problems of the teacher education in China,based on the perspective of teacher supply-side,I try to put forward some suggestions:innovative teacher supply channels;establish teacher supply database;set up a third party of teacher certification institution and so on.
