In this paper a primary where I am as research samples, and USES saw, heard, such as the experience the feeling self as material, the thesis mainly from how to encourage the development of power in this paper. Through the experiment, we realize that the teacher to professional happiness as the root of the spiritual growth, the teacher is able to continuing the development process understanding, build up confidence, explore potential, fulfillment beyond and sustainable development, can be in society exciting driving force of praise, in the development of the school can get their own happiness, in the business of education can realize the value of life. In this study, involving the incentive mechanism of power in teacher development is mainly the following aspects: teacher development mechanism activate enthusiasm; Care for teachers’ development mechanism of passion; To promote teachers’ team harmony mechanism. Through the test can see, the school take care and give teachers team harmony free loose external environment, in order to build the set inspires teachers active power in hair, from paying attention of teachers’ professional cordiality, effective awakens the teachers’ professional consciousness, to maintain the teachers’ professional passion. At present, the primary school teacher professional identity, happiness of group is rising, but the capriciousness, is the campus competitive atmosphere is insufficient, young teachers development by family effects and do not deny that there exists, the above problem remains to be in the future research further research and exploration.
