Research On The Characteristics Of The Chemical Competence In The New College Entrance Examination

New College Entrance Examination is an important reformation of College Entrance Examination System in recent years.In order to illuminate its characters and provide useful instructions for school education and student's learning,the investigations were carried out as follows:(1)Construct the competence frame of chemistryBased on the reported theories,previous literatures,and requirement of curriculum standards,the particularity of chemistry was analyzed and the elements of ability were established,including the ability of using chemistry language,the ability of cognizing concepts,and the ability of conducting experiments and quantitative calculation.This dissertation also divides each ability into different levels according to their connotation and the logic specialty of students.With these elements and classification,the ability frame of chemistry was constructed.(2)Analyzing the compulsory examination questions and elective examination questions to find out the similarities and differences difference.With the subject ability frame of chemistry,this dissertation analyzed both of the compulsory examination questions and of elective examination questions,and explored the similarities and differences between them.The comparison was conducted from the following aspects,including the abilities to be tested,the types of questions and the scores distributed to each question.(3)Practical studies on testing with elective examination questions.Students from reformation regions were tested with elective examination questions.The reliability of questions and data of answers was analyzed with SPSS20.0 from three aspects of general statics,difficulties,distinction degrees and differences study for students in three academic levels.The results exhibited the excellent practical values of elective examination questions.
