To carry out the overall requirements of national education information,give full play to the benefits of "three links and two platforms",and comprehensively enhance the ability of teachers'information technology application,the government of Ningxia formulates Execute Solution for Enhancing the Ability of Information Technology Application of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region according to the Views of Ministry of Education about the Implementation of the Program of Enhancing the Ability of Information Technology Application of Primary and Secondary School Teachers and the actual situation in the region.The project mainly relies on the "National Training Plan",using "centralized on-site practical training + network training +school-based training" and the training of all workers and staff will be carried out annually and regionally(city,county)by different level.So,in this mixed training mode,how will the effect of training?How is the teachers' ability of applying information technology?To solve these problems,this study,from the teachers' point of view,makes an assessment and analysis from different levels on the training effect of teachers who participate in the training,which helps to learn the training effect of the training programs.Based on the understanding of the connotation of information technology application ability and related policies,this paper analyzes the current situation of teacher training evaluation and the evaluation model and evaluation method of teacher training by means of literature analysis.On this basis,it formulates the training effect evaluation scheme for the program of the improvement of the information technology application ability of primary and secondary school teachers from the perspective of the system theory.Based on the Kochi four evaluation model,the key performance index method is used to design the "project training effect evaluation dimension",developing a training effect from teachers' responses,learning,behavior and results;And it takes Yinchuan Xingqingqu District as an example to carry out empirical evaluation and offers suggestions to the existing problems it analyzes on the evaluation.See big things from small ones,it dedicated to offer the suggestions for reference to optimize the training capacity of Ningxia and improve the training effect.
