The in-depth development of education informationization has greatly promoted the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching.The informationization teaching ability has become one of the necessary professional abilities of teachers in the information age.In order to help teachers understand their own information-based teaching ability,find out the shortcomings of ability,carry out targeted learning,constantly improve the information-based teaching ability,and promote teachers' normal application of information technology in daily teaching.Therefore,we need to explore the establishment of a targeted,rational and operational information-based teaching ability evaluation index system.Taking the junior middle school teachers in Nanning as the research object,this paper combs and analyses the research results on classroom teaching evaluation,classroom teaching evaluation scale and information technology competence standards at home and abroad,investigates and analyses the current situation of information-based teaching ability of middle school teachers in Nanning,and designs expert consultation papers under the guidance of system theory,growth initiative theory and effective teaching theory,using Delphi method.Two questionnaires were consulted,and according to the experts' revision suggestions,the preliminary design of the evaluation index was revised to determine the evaluation index.The weights of indicators are determined by analytic hierarchy process.Finally,an evaluation index system for the integration ability of information technology and classroom teaching of middle school teachers is constructed,which contains four first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 24 indicators.Finally,in order to test the validity of the evaluation index system,Nanning middle school teachers are selected for sampling evaluation,and the quantitative table of the evaluation index system is applied to practice.According to the data obtained from the evaluation,the level of teachers' information technology and classroom teaching integration ability is analyzed to help teachers understand their own abilities and conduct targeted learning,and to verify the ffectiveness of the competency evaluation index system.
