Information teaching ability is the core competence of teacher's teaching ability of mordern time.In order to improve teacher's information teaching ability,Ministry of Education issued a document,informatization of education “13th Five-Year”Plan,which clearly puts forward to add information teaching ability to the index of the cultivation of normal university students,the operation of school and headmaster's assessment method.However,these researches debate that what is information teaching ability and what capacities should teachers are possessed in daily informational teaching even that they pay little attention to evaluate teacher's information teaching ability.Therefore,this paper builds evaluation index system of middle school teacher's information teaching ability to provide some references for the assessment and promotion of the information teaching ability of middle school's teachers based on the existing connotation of information teaching ability and ability structure foundation,taking middle school teachers as research objects.Firstly,after studying relevant literatures,this paper preliminarily concludes five dimensions about middle school teacher's information teaching ability based on the typical teaching ability structure model of professor Shen Jiyuan and extracts 71 key indicators and specific obervation indicators.What's more,the next is designing expert questionnaire against indicators are put forward.Screening and amending indexs' description after two rounds of expert consultation.Then,designing questionnaire again to investigate teachers of middle school,postgraduate students of educational technology major,information supervisors and directors.Recycling data and handing missing values.Using AMOS24.0 and maximum likelihood to analyze data coming from constructed indicators by the method of high order confirmation factor analysis.Calculating weight of all hierarchies' indexes according to factor loading after standardization and get the final evaluation indexsystem.Next,designing assesment questionnaires under construcred obsevation indicators and practical situation to teachers of middle schools.Making comprehensive valuations to teacher's information teaching ability by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in math.What's more,a experiment that difference analyzing to various background teachers and the result is that different teaching experience and regions are remarkable various in all dimensions of information teaching ability but different sex has no significant difference.Finally,according to the results and analysis of comprehensive assessment,some a nalysis and discuss about how to improve teachers' teaching ability are given from the t hree aspects,which include perfecting supporting service mechanism,paying attention t o individual difference and perfecting evaluation mechanism.
