With the rapid development of modern information technology,the network technology becomes more extensive and in-depth used in education,especially when campus network was collected to the Interact which has opened up a wide application prospect for primary and secondary education.After the process of China's Education informationization going through twists and tums,there is a consensus:the development of Education informationization finally relies on the theacher's initiative and creativity.Today,the quality education,Education informationization and the new curriculum reform,all have proposed new requirements for teachers in the teaching concept,knowledge structures,ways of thinking,teaching ability,as well as teaching methods.This situation of teacher professional development objectively requires them to update concepts and improve their information literacy and professional competence actively,integrate ICT into Curriculum in order to promote effective implementation of the new curriculum and daily teaching reform.The implementation of the new curriculum reform,in light of the needs of the professional development of teachers,linked to the ordinary primary and secondary teaching and day-to-day management,armed at the defects of evaluation of the traditional lesson plan in the evaluation of content,evaluation methods,evaluation criteria and evaluation process,makes the study of network-based evaluation systems design and experimental of the new curriculum lesson plan great practical significance.On the basis of the in-depth analysis of the basic theory including the new curriculum, educational evaluation,teacher evaluation,development and evaluation,this paper puts forward to build a network-based lesson evaluation system,which based on the actual needs of current primary and secondary schools's day-to-day activities of teaching and management.It maily uses developmental teacher evaluation,combination of qualitative and quantitative Evaluation,students,teachers,experts,leaders as the main evaluation part.With flexible database technology,to establish a set of multi-dimensional,open class evaluation index system,uses AHP to determine weights of the indicators.Subsequently,this study focused on the design and implementation of the new curriculum lesson plan evaluation system,put forward the overall design thought of the evaluation system,made a detailed design of the overall system architecture, function modules according to the demand analysis,and on this basis Java was used to realization of the key modules of the system.Through the evaluation system design and development,hope to regulate evaluation process of lesson plans and improve the lesson plan evaluation,reduce the burden of academic staff,increase utilization of high quality lessons plan,relaxe teachers' burden, and effectively effectively promote the class plan to reform under the new curriculum standards,led teachers to prepare personalized and practical lesson plans as well as to enhance the operational capacity and professionalism.
