| Following by the arrival of large-data age, probability and statistics have been deeply rooted in all aspects of life and became an essential part of each citizen’s knowledge literacy. The probability and statistics have good sociality and teaching of primary and secondary education has attracted enough attention in our country.Comparing with other countries, our country falls behind and there are some gaps in teaching and research on probability and statistics. Therefore,to strengthen the teaching of probability and statistics content research, seeking for the feasible teaching mode is of great significance. The American scholar Ed Dubinsky proposed the APOS theory on the basis of constructivism which pays attention to the dominant position of students in the learning process and the process of the formation of active exploration of knowledge. This is consistent with the new curriculum advocated the learning style. This thesis is based on the investigation of probabilistic and statistical teaching status and carries out empirical research with APOS theory. We use APOS theory to guide the teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode to conduct empirical research. The research shows that the teaching model guided by APOS theory has important guiding significance to probability and statistics teaching.First,it is helpful to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.Second,it is helpful to improve the students’ achievement.Third,it will be effective for improvement of the noncognitive factors. It concludes that the probabilistic and statistical teaching under the guidance of APOS theory is not only beneficial to the improvement of classroom teaching efficiency, but also helps the students to develop all the mathematic literacy.Due to the conclusion of this study,we put forward some suggestions: 1)Apply the essence of APOS theory and penetrate into each link of probability and statistics teaching.2)In the perspective of APOS theory teaching, promote the all-round development of students’ mathematics accomplishment.3)Improve teachers’ teaching quality and student’s knowledge guide. |
