Probability and statistics are widely used in today's social life and production, based on knowledge necessary to become a citizen of the basic common sense. Many countries have the knowledge of probability and statistics course content as important, it is focus on the cultivation of their thoughts. However, knowledge of probability and statistical learning in basic education in China has been left out, until 2003 the Ministry of Education in high school "high school mathematics curriculum standards"(hereinafter referred to as "Curriculum Standards") to re-examine the probability and statistics content and objectives of teaching to do Re-adjust and improve the content and become the focus of the college entrance examination.Standard required courses in probability and statistics course content increased emphasis on probability and statistics curriculum standards required in connection with the case of teaching, the students formed an intuitive feel for probability and statistics, the probability of students thinking and understanding of statistical methods. Some teachers teaching without a thorough understanding of curriculum standards, do not take place, the teaching process is still used in accordance with the outline version of its travel, teaching focuses on applying the formula calculation, the communication of thinking is often ignored. With regard to such teaching and the students misunderstanding of probability and statistics, the author of course standard and system design process of teaching probability and statistics courses for some cases of instructional design. Teaching case designed by some of the recommendations given in the form to give advice in the above questions.
