Study On The Influence Of Mental Health Level Of Shanxi University Postgraduates On Their Career Choice

With the increasing enrollment of colleges,the higher education has been gradually reformed and popularized.The employment problem of college students is becoming more and more obvious,the imbalance of labor market oversupply has become a common phenomenon.From twenty-first Century the first ten years of the employment problems of college students to graduate students in recent years have begun to appear the problem of "difficult employment",the continuing poor employment rate of graduate employment problem of students sounded the alarm,the government issued policies aimed at stimulating economic growth,increasing job opportunities,coordinate graduate employment difficulties.However,these policies and measures from the perspective of society,school,family,graduate students' psychological factors on the impact of employment has been ignored for a long time.In addition,with the progress of society and the development of science and technology,all walks of life on the job seekers tend to diversify,successful employment can,t be separated from the necessary work quality,the applicant's psychological quality requirements are also getting higher and higher.Therefore,this article attempts from the perspective of mental health of postgraduates based on the occupation nature of units,place of work,salary expectation effect,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of the level of mental health of graduate students,in order to improve the overall employment rate of graduate.In this paper,the Parsons job matching theory,Bandura's reciprocal determinism,Rational choice theory as the basis,using literature analysis,empirical analysis and other methods of exploration,put forward the hypothesis and verify the following conclusions:(1)The sample for statistical description obtains Shanxi province Postgraduates' mental health level is in a good state of psychological health,the overall situation is good,only about 20% of the study on the psychological health level of students of moderate or low level of mental health,there is still some students need to be enhanced.(2)In the validation of the mental health level and the nature of the professional unit,the higher the level of mental health,the more inclined to the assumption that the high degree of freedom,innovation and unit work.(3)In this paper,it is concluded that the higher the level of mental health of graduate students,the more inclined to adapt to the work in various cities in the choice of the working area.(4)The mental health of the postgraduate level of occupation and salary expectation choice also plays a certain role in the face of the four expected salary on the selection of graduate students psychological health level is higher,in the choice of expected salary when more inclined to choose a more challenging job and salary.(5)According to the analysis results of this paper,the author proposes some suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the level of mental health of postgraduates from the following aspects: the graduate student,the school,the government society and the family in four directions.Including: establish self-confidence,establish a correct sense of self;enhance the self adjustment ability,establish a correct outlook on life and values;to strengthen the self education,evaluation of its own objective;the creation of mental health education and related activities,develop professional psychological teachers;establish dynamic mental health prevention,evaluation and consultation system;optimization learning environment construction graduate students,create a relaxed and free environment of the campus;attention of government and society,improve the living environment of government;construction of postgraduate exchange platform,to strengthen the mental health network control;implementation of community investigation and hospital propaganda system combining mental health cooperation;promote peer support,strengthen emotional communication;improve the tutor guidance system,learn from their elders experience;strengthen family psychological education,create a good family atmosphere.
