College students as a new social labor into the labor market,can complete the work efficiently,so as to improve the social labor productivity,this is our country's economy can be sustained and stable development of intrinsic motivation.Because of the influence of social culture,college students' vocational values,career planning,and family social capital has important influence on their job satisfaction.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing the predecessors' literatures and built on college students' vocational values as the independent variable,career planning as intermediary variable,job satisfaction as dependent variable and model of family social capital as regulating variable.Professional values is the most important part of life values,for the individual life career development plays an important role.Professional values,this article through to dig deeper into their professional values,clear what they want,to find your satisfactory work in employment in the future.For career planning,college students have a strong motivation vital role to the promotion of job satisfaction.And the influence of the objective social external environment,family social capital has also become the university students' employment satisfaction is a very important variable.According to parsons,structure function theory,this paper puts forward the following assumptions:(1)the professional values and career planning of college students has significant differences in demographic variables.(2)college students' professional values and job satisfaction between significant positive effect.(3)between college students' career planning on their job satisfaction have significant positive effects.(4)the professional values of college students career planning between the positive role.(5)the college students' career planning on their professional values and a significant intermediary role between job satisfaction.(6)family social capital has regulating effect to career planning and job satisfaction.Using LingWenQuan trichotomy structure of professional values develop vocational values scale and Zhan Fa is based on the green house,compiled by the career planning for the division of the six dimensions of his career scale,and Liu Shunping development of family social capital scale,successful completion of the sample investigation and analysis of job satisfaction.This a total of 325 questionnaires,from the back of the questionnaire,eliminate invalid questionnaire,finally with 260 valid questionnaire responses received.On recovery of data through the use of spss19,correlation analysis and regression analysis,it is concluded that:(1)the college students' vocational values have significant positive influence on job satisfaction.(2)the career planning of college students to the professional values and job satisfaction have significant mediating role.(3)the family social capital on between career planning and job satisfaction.On this basis,this article can be drawn from research hypotheses are established.On the basis of the results of the study,respectively from the perspective of colleges and universities,college students,social three put forward the following countermeasures and Suggestions,aimed at college students' career planning:(1)in colleges and universities should build a systematic career guidance system.(2)the university should implement the counselling work and set up a tracking mechanism.(3)in colleges and universities should be personalized steadily promoting college students' career counseling.(4)college students should set up career planning consciousness,pay attention to the planning combined with the actual.(5)the government and enterprises should improve the employment growth.Values for college students:(1)the college should cultivate college students' correct outlook on life,values,world view.(2)colleges and universities should be college students the opportunity to participate in social practice,and enrich teaching forms.(3)the university should be provided to the college students' comprehensive professional information,eliminate the employment of prejudice.(4)in colleges and universities should guide students to understand the return society.(5)the students to achieve their objective understanding of ourselves.(6)the government policy should play the role of incentives.Finally,in view of the shortcomings and limitations of this study,for further research were discussed.
