Since the expansion of college enrollment in 1998,the problem of difficult employment of college students has gradually come into people's eyes.In recent years,with the disconnection of university education from society and the slowdown of economic situation,the employment problem of college graduates becomes more and more serious.In such a context,the abuse of social capital,such as "post placement" and "tailored recruitment",has aroused wide concern and discussion in the society.From the perspective of social capital research,this study at six universities,including the capital university of economics and trade of 2508 graduates in 2018 as a sample,the employment quality index to measure and understand its family social capital and its in college for personal situation,the accumulation of social capital and analyzes its influence on college students' employment quality for the first time.Through the investigation,this study draws the following three conclusions :(1)there is a significant positive correlation between family social capital and employment quality.(2)there is a significant positive correlation between individual social capital and employment quality.(3)the supply-demand ratio of majors has no regulating effect on the relationship between social capital based on families and employment quality of college students,but it significantly negatively regulates the impact of individual social capital on employment quality of college students.The characteristic of this paper is that human capital and social capital are regarded as two independent models for analysis,and the degree of influence of different capital factors on the quality of college students' initial employment is analyzed,laying a foundation for further exploring the influence mechanism of various factors on the quality of college students' initial employment.
