The Issue Of Poor Farmers Training

China is now in a new period of building a well-off society in an all-round way and achieving the goal of great rejuvenation.The "three rural" as the basis and guarantee of national transformation and development is more and more important.Correspondingly,the solution of the three rural issues has become the premise of country's further development.Poor peasant training is a type of farmers' training.It aims to enhance the ability of poor peasants to resist poverty.It is a fundamental measure to solve the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.It is the need of social development,and it is also an important manifestation of fairness.It is an urgent requirement for the poor peasants to achieve their own development.However,due to the influence of some factors,for example the conservative ideas and the actual difficulties,the current poor farmers training in practice has not been effectively carried out,there are many problems,restricting the settlement of the three rural issues.The current study on the training of poor farmers is very weak,can not support the training practice.The purpose of this study is to understand the actual conditions of the training of poor peasants and the needs of poor farmers for training,explore the main problems existing in the current training,reveal the main causes of the problem,put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem,provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the training of poor farmers.In this study,the situation of poor peasants training in C county of western Liaoning was investigated by questionnaire survey and interview.In this study,the results of the survey were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 21 software,and understanding the current situation of poor peasant training.There were eight problems in the training of poor peasants: first,training falsification;second,imbalance between supply and demand in training;third,the training goal is not clear;fourth,training content is not appropriate;fifth,the training object positioning is not accurate,the rate is low;sixth,training team is weak;seventh,the training time is not reasonable,lack of continuity;eighth,training location limit,single.These problems in poor farmers' training are mainly due to the following reasons: the person in charge of training is not aware of the significance of the training of poor farmers;the support of the training is not effective;the supervision and evaluation of the training is invalid;the lack of investigation before training;the propaganda and mobilization of training is weak.Finally,through the analysis of the problems and causes,five countermeasures are put forward: first,to raise awareness of poor farmers who is in charge of the training;second,strengthen propaganda and mobilization of the training;third,conduct the investigation systematically before training;fourth,improve training security system;fifth,establish supervision and evaluation mechanism.
