The Present Situation And Its Problem Strategy Of Parents' Participation In Kindergarten Management

In many developed countries,especially the United States,Britain and Australia,the school management has been recognized and supported by many school administrators,teachers and parents,and has played a positive effect in promoting school development and improving educational effect.However,the research and practice of parental involvement in school management started late,compared with the school,the study of parental involvement in kindergarten management is still to be further explored.In recent years,although the Wuhai city government has increased the pace of preschool education,and encouraging parents to participate in the kindergarten education management,However,as a remote area,the theory and practice can be used for reference in this field.Based on the above reasons,the author as a kindergarten administrator,has many years of relevant experience in this field,based on the author's work practice,the parents participate in the kindergarten management.Firstly,the study is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the problems to study;The second part through the status survey of parental involvement to understand the participation and problems of Wuhai city parents;The third part discusses the reasons of the problems of parental involvement in kindergarten management through the existing problems;The fourth part is the effective strategy of parental involvement in kindergarten management.Secondly,this study focused on three different levels and different scales of kindergartens random distribution questionnaire,the questionnaire mainly from the parents and kindergarten communication,participation in management cognition,participation frequency,hinder the parents involved in management,the establishment and activities of six dimensions.According to the analysis,the current Wuhai city parents participate in the kindergartenmanagement of the cognitive bias,one-sided attention to the form of participation,irrational traditional view and the lack of relevant policies and regulations.Finally,this study through the healthy parents participation in kindergarten management support platform;Clear the power of parental involvement;Improve parents' quality through diversified training;Increase the effectiveness of communication;Improve the policy and regulations and other effective measures to promote the parents participate in kindergarten management and strengthen their homes.This study believes that the investigation of parental involvement in kindergarten management will help to improve and improve the management level of Wuhai city kindergarten;It is conducive to the idea of parents,kindergarten and teachers to participate in kindergarten management,but because of the limited ability of the author,the results of investigation in practice are applicable to the public and private kindergartens.
