Family and the kindergarten are two very important aspects of childdevelopment, people are becoming more and more clearly realized that just rely onkindergarten education power is not enough. In many western countries, especiallyAmerican, England and Australia, the parental involvement in the kindergartenteaching activities has been gained the approval and favor of majority of kindergartenadministrators, teachers and parents, and it plays a positive role in practice. Incomparison, because of the late start, the research and practice on the participation ofparents in kindergarten teaching in our country is still in exploring phase.Parental involvement as an integral part of early childhood education, the extentand level of their participation in nursery education, it is not only related to the qualityof kindergarten teaching, but also the professional development of kindergartenteachers and parents education ability, more related to the healthy development ofyoung children. This research explores the fact of the participation of parents inkindergarten teaching, analysis the problem and the cause and then gives reasonedsuggestions based on the fact of the participation of parents in kindergarten teaching,on the practice research. In order to achieve the purpose to promote the developmentof kindergarten teaching and young children.The basic framework of this paper mainly includes the following four parts:The introduction: Elaborate the thesis topics reason. Literature review anddefinition are adopted through the study on the participation of parents in kindergartenteaching. This research also introduces the research purpose, meaning and methodsbriefly.The first part: Elaborate the present situation of the parental involvement in thekindergarten teaching activities. The discussion concludes the following parts: thebasic information of the sample, cognitive analysis of the parental involvement, theaction analysis of the parental involvement.The second part: Elaborate the problem of the parental involvement in thekindergarten teaching activities and analysis the reason. The main problem contains of the following parts: the weak awareness of the parental involvement; the low level ofthe parental involvement; parents to participate in a lack of planning and coherence;parents know less about the present situation of kindergarten education. It analyses thereasons from the traditional culture, the family, and the kindergarten areas.The third part: Suggest the promotion of the parental involvement in thekindergarten teaching activities. The change ideas, strengthen the consciousness ofcooperation aspects conclude that fully exploit the role of public media, parentsshould clear the purpose and significance of their participation, the kindergartenshould change the idea of themselves and their parents; Creating conditions forparents to participate in the kindergarten teaching activities conclude that parentsshould try to improve their own quality, the kindergarten should provide varioussupport for parents; Reasonable organization parents to participate in teachingactivities conclude that develop a reasonable parent involvement program, choosehelped parents to participate in the teaching content, coordination of parents toparticipate in time, help parents understand the characteristics of the kindergartenteaching, activity process fully consider the level and ability of different parents, try topromote the parental involvement by various ways.
