In recent years,education reform and development to enhance the core competence of students as the goal has become a consensus in the field of education at home and abroad.Primary school class culture as the main position of school culture construction,as students learn and live the main places,more and more people into the field of vision,people hope that through research and practice,develop more and better conducive to student growth and development Class culture.I also think about how to class through the construction of culture to stimulate and enhance the core of the students.How to build class culture according to the actual situation of school,class and students,and enhance the core accomplishment of students.This paper expounds the research on the strategy of primary school class culture construction based on the core literacy.Taking the Binjiang primary school in Dongsheng District of Ordos as an example,this paper investigates some teachers and students in the school by using the methods of interview and questionnaires,and found the following problems : Class culture construction emphasis on material culture and neglect of spiritual culture,mainly in the class cohesion is not strong,the class teacher did not pay attention to the formation of class spirit;class system culture is weak,the performance of the lack of democracy in the class system,the class teacher's self-management ability Not enough;class behavior culture formalization,mainly to the team and class social practice as an example.The reason of the analysis is that the class teacher's culture consciousness is weak,the teacher' s personal performance is not supported,the class culture construction is not obvious to the students' core accomplishment.How to construct the class culture for the purpose of cultivating the core accomplishment of the students,the author puts forward the concrete improvement strategy: first establish the goal of class struggle;secondly,from class management to class management,mainly in four steps to students Oriented,class teacher into the class management of the participants;to strengthen the ability of students self-management;to enhanceclass cohesion,to promote self-management;timely summary of the class from management to governance.In addition,from the class culture construction of the four content of the strategy,the class material culture to reflect the norms and personality coexist;emphasis on class spiritual and cultural construction;refine the class behavior culture;strengthen the class system culture.Based on the core culture of primary school class culture construction strategy put forward hope that the primary school class culture construction direction,improve the effectiveness of class culture construction.But the primary school class culture construction is a long process of innovation and practice,the class teacher should be based on the theoretical basis,combined with the school,family,the actual situation of students to build class culture,so that the class culture to contribute to the development of students.
