Research On The Construction Of Primary School Campus Culture From The Perspective Of Core Literacy

As an indispensable part of school education,campus culture plays an important role in the physical and mental growth of students.It has a subtle influence on students' school life through campus environment construction,school-related systems,various activities inside and outside the school,curriculum and teaching.In China,elementary school is the beginning of basic education.The campus culture of primary school plays an important role in the study life of students,the work of teachers and the development of schools.From the perspective of students,pupils are very vulnerable to the environment because of their immature physical and mental development.A good and harmonious campus culture can not only cultivate students' sentiment,improve students' ideological and moral quality,but also contribute to the development of students' non-intellectual factors and promote the all-round development of students;from the perspective of teachers and schools,creating a positive and healthy campus culture is also beneficial to teachers' teaching development and operational capacity improvement,as well as the long-term development of the school.From the current point of view,the construction of campus culture in most primary schools is too superficial,lacking profound connotations and characteristics of the times,and it does not play a big role in cultivating students' all-round development.Faced with such a situation,the construction of primary school campus culture should conform to the development of the times,enhance the level and realm of primary school campus culture construction from the perspective of students' key competencies development,and build a diversified and all-round campus culture.This paper mainly studies the five aspects of material culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture,curriculum and teaching culture and spiritual culture in the construction of primary school campus culture,revealing the current situation and development dilemma of the construction of primary school campus culture.From the perspective of the development of students' key competencies,the author analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures,and finally achieves the goal of helping the relevant managers of primary schools to smoothly carry out campus culture construction.
