| To cultivate and enhance the core quality of contemporary students is the urgent demand of the current education reform and development.Among them,the construction of school campus culture plays an important leading role in the cultivation of students’ core literacy.As one of the first batch of national secondary vocational demonstration schools,the practice of campus culture with camel culture as the core provides a sample for this study.Therefore,this study combines the practical experience of school x to conduct an in-depth study on the theory and practice system of secondary vocational campus culture based on the cultivation of core literacy.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the research on students’ core literacy and campus culture at home and abroad,starting from the cultivation of students’ core literacy,taking the connotation of campus culture as a breakthrough,starting from the close relationship between the two,this paper studies the influence and effect of campus culture on the cultivation of students’ core literacy,and expounds the irreplaceable role of campus culture construction in the cultivation of secondary vocational students’ core literacy.From the three levels of "what is","why" and "what is the role",this paper analyzes the meaning,reason and the role of "camel culture" based on the cultivation of core literacy in school X.As the spiritual driving force for the improvement of students’ core literacy,school X’s campus culture constructs a complete campus culture system from the aspects of concept culture,visual culture,behavior culture and system culture,carries out continuous and vigorous practice,and finally presents in the form of school learning achievements,demonstrating the effectiveness of students’ core literacy improvement.The practice of X school provides a new way for the construction of campus culture and the cultivation of core literacy.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions: in the future,in the construction and development of campus culture based on core literacy,we should combine the actual situation of the school,highlight the distinctive concept culture;combine the needs of campus construction,create a good visual cultural atmosphere;combine the behavior habits of students,form a rich campus activity culture;strengthen the management of the school culture,and improve the relevant management system culture. |
